If it was priced any higher than £10, I would have been shouting RIPOFF. The bits provided in this 25 piece set are quality and have withstood a lot of drops and a few knocks without chipping or breaking. They're a bag of mixed messages! Not very German, in my view! Their Domestic Drills are pitiful in my view, but the new kettle I have from them is very good. I've been disappointed with things from BOSCH not too long ago and I think they're letting things slip. It just feels like it was an afterthought, which it probably was. The reason I've rated it at 4 stars is that I only payed around £4 for it, which, despite the dislikes I have about it, is value for money. I use the bits for use in my Drill, though, so I don't need the screw bit slot built into the case. You can avoid the problem by sliding the rubber sections of the stand, but that in itself is quite difficult to do, so it's only practical to do it and then leave it off, which defeats the purpose of having it in a case. It's not a major issue though, but something to keep in mind if you have big or clumsy fingers.
I find myself having to wiggle the bit free.
It's even more difficult to get one out of the bottom sections as there's less room for your fingers. Taking a bit out of the top section is a little tough, as the rubber has quite a good grip on the bit. The screwdriver bits, as you can see in the picture, are in holes in two rubber sections. I'm pretty happy with this set from Bosch, but I'll just help out potential buyers by pointing out a dislike I have about it.
